The combined entity, named "EEC Middle East Shipping, Ship Management and Operations LLC", represents a significant milestone in EEC’s commitment to innovation and growth in vessel ownership, ship recycling, shipyard management and supply chain logistics.

 

The JV leverages the strengths of both entities to achieve the following goals:

1.     Expand Market Reach: Combining market expertise with global presence, the JV targets new regions and customer segments for growth.
2.     Enhance Services: Transforming ship recycling, the JV will meet clients' evolving ESG needs with a strategic supply chain at market-linked prices.
3.     Streamline Operations: Sharing resources and best practices, the JV will streamline operations, enhance efficiency and reduce costs to benefit stakeholders and the environment.
4.     Invest in R&D: Committed to innovation and COP28, the JV will invest in sustainable ship recycling R&D.
   

 

Capt.
